Advanced Practice Nurses CE (APN CE)

Western offers nearly 850 hours of Advanced Level Nursing CE activities in a comprehensive selection of topics and hours to meet Advanced Practice Nurses (APNs) own personal goals for professional development, re-licensure, and certification. These CE activities are peer-reviewed by subject matter experts and focus on current evidence-based practice to address the current roles, competencies, and emerging trends facing APNs.

APN Continuing Education Accreditations

• Western Schools is accredited as a provider of continuing nursing education by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation.
• Our ANCC accreditation ensures that the content meets rigorous educational requirements and allows us to offer courses to nurses throughout the U.S. Nursing boards in all states requiring continuing education and numerous certifying organizations accept courses offered by ANCC accredited providers.
• We also maintain provider approvals with the Boards of Nursing in California, District of Columbia, Florida, Iowa, Kentucky, Louisiana, and West Virginia.
